(January 2005)  Robert F Porter created the only philatelic page to honor a stamp that wasn't issued with this combination Porter Philatelic Page for the "Victory at Last" set honoring the final years of WW II.  When President Clinton decided that we should not mention the atomic bomb that ended the war, the USPS changed the sheet design to picture Harry S Truman announcing the war's end. A number of individuals created stamp-like "labels" to note that fact, and one was affixed to each of his PPP 68s alongside some of the actual stamps from that souvenir sheet.
