Show and Tell Oct 2002
At the beginning of every month, we'll show you something interesting and unusual in Pages or Panels!

(October 2002)  One interesting aspect of Souvenir Page collecting is to collect autographs on Pages. The example below is an autograph from artist Peter Max, who designed the stamp. While Pages are generally not available on the first day of issue of a stamp, many artists are "repeat" designers; if you bring a Souvenir Page to a later first day ceremony, the designer will probably sign it for you. This page was signed at a first day ceremony during a stamp show in Chicago where Peter Max was the designer of a United Nations stamp.
