(click here for previous Show and Tell pages) (February 2005)  Someone created this souvenir of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association's AFCEA '80 conference. With images and text possibly taken from the USPS Postal Bulletin, we are trying to determine who created it and why they used the windmill booklet stamps. The first day of issue date preceeds the conference date by almost five months!
